Fair at best. Tax kills the deal for a lot of us. I hold off until a $30 deal and buy enough to tide me over. I'll keep waiting.

The only way you can get a better deal on this, is if you or someone you know works for MS ($25). If that doesn't apply to you, then jump on this deal.

Even with tax, you probably aren't going to find anything cheaper. Most retail stores sell these for $50-60. Ebay usually has them floating around between $44-$50. Buy.com is usually the cheapest at $35. So, even at $37.70 I'd snatch it up quick if I were you. I already ordered mine, thanks OP!

I don't see why not...but the funny thing is....I preordered and purchase Halo 4 at my local Best Buy store, then later went to another BB and saw the promo and told them I didn't get to jump on the deal and they said it was no problem...they looked up my purchase and adjusted the price for me on the spot. Then I got my 800 MSP emailed a couple minutes later.

I hope these dont sell out by the time i get home from work again. I cant get ebay at work and the last 2 times these went on sale they were sold out by the time i got off work.

Why are people complaining about tax? Go to the store and find it cheaper that that. You can pay the $50 with tax. If you don't like tax then move out of the US. Thanks to Affordable Care Act in 2014 there is going to be a ton of new taxes.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but why does almost everyone think Black Friday is some mystical sale that almost everything is on sale. "Just wait for Black Friday" just doesn't make sense to me.

Usually things on sale on BF are things that they have surplus of, meaning they aren't really selling that well throughout the year because various reasons why it didn't sell. Having something like this, something specific, doesn't really gaurente a sale just because it's BF.

Maybe I'm being pessimistic but it just doesn't make sense to me at this mentality.
