I was just in sears... the dryer steam isn't line fed you still have to fill a container. Also the doors/soap/water drawer felt pretty cheap. Although I really need a washer/dryer, I won't be jumping on this. Hoping best buy has a deal similar to the Samsung last year.

How else would you get the water into the dryer?

I'm looking at most of the specs between the LG and the Sears and the only big difference I see is the Weight?
Not sure if that is accurate but the LG is the heavy weight @ 213 to 187lb.

Also in the Veterans Day sale flyer on the same page as the washers is the "Ultra Plus Powder Laundry Detergent w/ Stain Fighter Formula, 180 Loads " for $9.99.

A little heads up. I put a couple of the soap in my cart and did a paypal to pay for it. At the end the web page from sears showed a special offer for 150$ off any washer dryer over 999.
Not sure if they were tracking or if that posts for everybody but you might try it and see before you buy the washer dryer if you can get that same offer? YMMV. Worth a try.

HHgregg just pricematched an LG set model WM2655HVA washer and DLEX2655v dryer in platinum with pedestals for 720 each. I opted for the 5 year warranty on them also at 179 each. All said and done, I have 1800 in them, tax and all, which seems like a bunch, but shouldnt have any worries for 5 years anyway. Stuff sure adds up fast on these purchases. They seemed more than eager to beat sears prices,and said those were great prices in their ad. Good luck.
