Well I just tried it and it's ok. It's not great just ok. I didn't think it was very intuitive when you are trying to find something you just deleted. If anyone else has good software that is superior let me know.
The program calls home each time it's started. You can override that by creating a 0 byte file named ws2_32.dll in the same directory as the application. By doing that the help won't work so don't do it if you want help.
You can export your registered key 4EAN259JEU44E5ML76AND6O464K7EMMZ as well:
reg export HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\iCarePro mykey.reg
you should get a file like this
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
This way if you ever have a data failure you can just click the registry file to add the key and then run it from usb. You will have to import the registry file as whatever user is running the program (usually an administrator)
How in the world did you figure all this out?!! Are you a programmer? Really I am very impressed by the tweaks you mention here, tried to rep but thread is too old. Kudos!
Yes. I just installed it, seems to register fine. Didn't test it, but it accepted the code, so im going to assume all is well. I went and put it on a USB utility stick withh the reg file, so it should be workable as a recovery tool if needed.
