No, based on my prior experience with these Nuance rebates, I'm not expecting it until at least 3 months have gone by. I'm still waiting on a prior Nuance rebate which was approved in late Oct. I called the rebate company earlier this week about it and they said they would "escalate" it to the finance dept for processing within 1-3 biz days (since more than 10 weeks had passed since the approval date). A day or two later, the status changed to processing.

mky, I think I figured out how Nuance works.

The status doesn't change from "approved" to "processing" for 60 days AFTER it gets approved.

Example #1:
11/26/2012 11:55:40 AM Claim was Approved
1/25/2013 6:08:33 AM Reward Card processing

So for future Nuance rebates, keep that in mind. You might be able to get them to expedite the process by calling in... but I believe 60 days is the protocol.

I have another Nuance rebate that was approved on 12/13/12, so if I'm correct, it won't go to processing until sometime around 02/14/13.

It was longer than that in this case (more than 90 days). The approval date was Oct 21 and I didn't call until Jan 24. Figured I'd wait 3 months but nothing had changed. A Nuance rebate that I did in Aug was handled the way you're describing -- about 60 dys between the approval and processing dates.

Just wondering... because according to the OP, the deal started on 11/09/13.

Mine just changed to processing on this one, and the Dragon Naturally Speaking 11.5 is still hung up on "approved."

For the 11/9 deal, my rebate was approved Dec 3 and it shows processing as of Jan 25 -- so pretty fast turnaround. This other one that I called the rebate company about was offer NC-5093 (pdf converter pro) that I purchased in late Sep - it was in approval status since Oct 21.

That's what I was confused about... this TigerDirect deal that started on 11/09/12 (Nuance PDF Converter Pro 7) involved two offers:
TD-7504 - I received the prepaid card for this on 12-08-12
NC-5093 - Approved 11/26/12, Processing 01/25/13

So you purchased PDF Converter Pro from TigerDirect sometime in September? I was confused as to how your rebate was approved in October.

I know the Nuance rebate ran for several months (1/4/2012 to 11/30/2012).

Right, I bought the pdf converter from Tiger Sep 26 (offers TD-6959 and NC-5093) and I still haven't received the Nuance one. But I didn't realize this thread was about this same software--pdf converter (which I didn't buy again in Nov), I thought this thread was about your epic Nuance Voice deal from Nov which I did do -- so the dates I mentioned above (approved Dec 3 and processing Jan 25) are for Voice not Pdf.

I had no idea they ran a FAR offer on this (PDF Converter Pro 7) in September.
