It has to be separate. The rebates are going to two different departments (offer #'s).

It's a typo.

Each rebate has a Limit of 2.

TD rebates are sometimes weirdly worded. It becomes really confusing as to whether 2 rebate applications can be mailed-in for the same offer# when they say limit(2) per household and packing slip/invoice. To be on the safe side of things, I feel it is better to place an order with 2 quantities of this item and then call TD tomorrow at the earliest to cancel the first-placed order for 1 qty. I hope you haven't yet filled out the one of the MIRs with the first-placed order #.
