In conjunction with a special Marketing initiative, we have setup several offers that are part of
a "tiered" exclusive holiday gift promotion. The offers are exclusive to Silver and Gold level
customers based on the spend from last years as a reward for being a valued customer. These are
unadvertised offers that are being given as a reward to our customers.

I got a $10 reward for spending $110. Do you know if this is a limit of 1 reward? Or is it for every $110 I spend?

staxin is correct.

I have done the scenario 3 times ("in the field" as you say)
Olay Regenerist + CG Lipcolor + CG Eyeshadow // 18.39 (22.99 gold) + 7.19 + 1.69
The Olay will ring up Gold
The LipColor will ring up full price and the eyeshadow will be 50%.

As Staxin stated and confirm with calder above.. the Olay and CoverGirl are separate deals. I did 2 transactions yesterday and the Olay ring up with my gold discount of $18.39 and the Covergirl rings up BOGO50% and I had the lip perfection ($7.19) and the single eyeshadow ($3.59 ring up $1.79)

thanks for your confirmation, i will go out and try again.
i only tried two items, with "no status" card, and i was actualy expecting to have $22.99+7.19=30.18, but once the second item rang up 50%, I had to get CG eyeshadow, and then my cashier wanted to input price $3.60 for lip Q, and i did not expect that.

Anywhay, thanks for confirmation, i will try it again today with all 3 items, and see how it goes. I did have "weird" but friendly cashier yesterday, so perhaps she did something...

I tried it myself
it works

if you got lip only, you probably got 20% discount on it
that is why you need to get the cheap cg eyeshadow with it
to keep the lip at regular price so the eye rings 50%

maybe you got the wrong lip
or the one you got could have been on clearance for 50% off

on a no discount card, you only need the olay and lip to hit $30

1 card is older then I know and at gold
1 card is from last year - that had gold last year
2 cards are new this year - 1 being gold and 1 silver currently
I am thinking they don't value the $18,000+ I have spend this year.

Was wondering if people who are getting the promotion shopped on Thanksgiving. I didn't do any shopping on Thanksgiving (at RA anyways).

Did you check your receipt really carefully? I didn't think I got it either, but it was listed up in the running totals that print on a +Up, not down in the Offer Limits Reached section. On mine it was right after the Essie and before the Diabetes and it was buy $135 Get $15. HTH

I did shop with one card on Thanksgiving... can't remember which one, but I received a 10/80 offer on my mom's card, a 5/50 offer on my card, and nothing on my sister-in-law's card... all cards have around 7500 points. I think it's nuts that some cards w/gold or silver status don't get any promotion at all!!

I didn't shop Thanksgiving either - and neither of my gold cards have the promo. I did however get a $5 off your next purchase via snail mail on my larger points card. I feel less slighted now. lol

Are all three of your cards registered with accounts on line? The accounts I mean are the ones where you are able to then access L2C, Video Values, etc. I only ask because I got the promotion on three of my four cards and my fourth card is not registered. Wondering if this could be the reason.
