What is this about rewards expiring in three months? Mine both say one year on officemaxperks.com, is that right?

So the only way out is to try finding some actual non-Reward stuff to buy at a decent price and drain all Rewards to $0. Then cancel, rejoin, and start rolling every month. Or not every month. On the quarterly plan, waiting until the end of the quarter looking for a good rolling deal is dangerous if there are no deals, while on the regular plan, not finding deals in the month you're planning to roll, is no big deal. It just means you occasionally roll 2 months apart, not 6. I did spend real, qualifying money on the chair. $80 + tax for the chair, $70 rewards plus the $10 for hitting $75. I'm more concerned about rolling than the extra $10, which is why doing the Teacher plan was a HUGE mistake. Yet one that I'm not going to take a lousy deal on something to get out of. Probably should, but just can't bring myself to overpay even to get on the Exit ramp. Should probably just go to a sale instore, and buy stuff flippable on ebay at breakeven. Then cancel, resign as Regular. Last edited by NikonF7; 11-09-2012 at 08:36 PM.. |

Personally, I think one day we'll wake up and find out rolling doesn't work any more. When I don't know but I think our days are numbered. I'm trying to whittle my rewards down. |
