I chatted this morning on-line with Staples. They made me laugh, said how are you supposed to buy them on-line with cash?? Said it was a store decision. I was dealing with the ASSistant manager last night. He and the cashier both said only cash or check. Said I should call in the morning. Just called and got him again, will call later to talk with the manager. I have 2 other Staples near me, neither carry the $200, only $100.

I bought 5x$200 in Vestal on Monday and nobody knew anything about the promotion there. I asked the cashier and she didn't know, so she called her manager, he didn't know. I then bought them and the rebate printed out and the cashier was surprised.

I'm going to go back tonight and buy 3x$200, 3x$200, 2x$200 and 2x$200. I'm playing it somewhat conservative meaning that I'm going to assume the limit is $1k per household. I've already bought the $1k for my address and will use 2 other addresses for the $2k that I'm going to be buying tonight.

Try calling STAPLES Office of the President: 1-800-338-0252. They are there to deal specifically with store issues.
