This works with the T-mobile Galaxy Note II also (including upgrades). Price came out to $247.49, savings of $82.50! I tried it all the way to the checkout but didn't check out cause I'm waiting to see what black Friday would bring. There is an $18 activation fee. Maybe you can try to call in to get it waived.

If you are back ordered you can check to see if a local BB has it in stock. If it is in stock call 1-888-229-1133 and ask if you can change to in-store pickup. Worked for me and a few others.

instead of 24 months extension, it only extended me for 1 month upgrade

Apologies for the oversight, updated.

Seeing as this was never listed as in stock yet, are you others unable to place an order at all? As stated this may show up as backordered, but may (or may not) update as initial stock becomes available. Street date for the phone was ~11/9-11/12 for AT&T and site does state "Will ship when available"

I always call the cs and get it waived.
Also, you don't upgrade forever because of the fee?

which lends itself to the question if shortly after the holiday rush is over if this will drop well below 200 or if this for 240 right now is actually good. I know the s3 is 1 dollar black friday at sams club, just wondering if the technology is worth the 239 dollar premium but I suppose that's subjective.

*edit* I bought it and immediately have jewish buyers remorse lol but i have two weeks to play with it and decide if its really I want
