the last time they ran the p&g, it was limit 2, but there was no carryover (ie nothing over $30 counted towards the second deal, you had to do a full $30 again)
the time before that it was limit 2 and the amount did carry over to the second deal
so basically, it is wait and see what people report

I plan to buy the gillette disposable razor 7.99 to get $10 off the proglide razor that I found on ebay. Plus rite aid is going to run the gillette razor deal next week I believe and with Gold discount (if it autos) you get the full $10 off the regular razor. These coupons are going to be hot!

I have no idea what is wrong with my cvs accounts but I have not gotten any % off or $ off coupons since like 3 weeks ago. What gives!! XD anyone else have this happen to them?!
