Correction I went back to the costco and checked again. The correct price is 19.99.
I was looking at the price under the display which is actually the product below not above the price.
Sorry folk I know a dumb azz when I see one and he was in the mirror.
I did buy one each cause I need them.
I was in Costco 2 days ago and was looking at these. It was the first time I saw them in the store. Next to them they also had the AA but that pack had 8 and it was the same $14.99 (+tax)I think. Definitely under 15, could have been 98 or 69 or 68.
So after looking around today I am posting this ad for the same packaging in the costco but not the same price or location. It's ebay but that is the only place I found the packaging to show you.
I also searched on the Costco website and found nothing.
