Craftsman 13" Tool Bag $3.14 with free store pickup

Ordered a few from Kmart.

What a debacle. Just got back from attempting to pick them up. Ordered on Sunday morning with the intent of picking them up that day as I am busy during the week. Pickup email doesn't arive until 6AM Monday morning. Not off to a good start.

Got to the store Monday evening and find the unattended layaway/internet order counter . Proceed up front to customer service counter to get some help. They are checking people out as there is only one other register open in the rest of the store. Ask a woman clerk if there was someone that should be in Layaway. A guy on the other register jumps in and saying he is and would be back after getting his register line down. I was tempted to give up then as they had approximately 20 people in line but decided to just browse around for a while and wait. Twenty minutes or so head back up front to see if the clerk was on his way back. Here he comes from behind the counter and I head back towards Layaway which now has had the lights turned off. He comes my way and actually looks me in the eye and then proceeds to veer off into a clothing section and start arranging the racks as I stand there staring at him. I start raising a little hell about why wasn't he manning the counter and was told I should go see someone in the jewelry department. Bye bye Kmart

Meanwhile a Sears order from a month ago for some towels is sitting in some type of online limbo, that no one seems to be able to figure out. They did figure out how to charge my credit card right away but now seem to not know how to credit me back.

Think I'm going to pass on the Sears/Kmart deals from now on. I do have to say the CSRs on the phone are very nice and do attempt to help which is next to impossible within the screwy system of theirs.
