Their ad is incorrect but when you actually go to the product page the info is correct:

As Robinski points out the mistake is the speed. The ad mistake could be that it is 1600 because that is the one with the $10 rebate and regular price $59. The other has no rebate and higher regular price.
I assume you may get a CSR to match the $35 price claiming they made a error in the ad but won't be able to make Patriot change the rebate form where there is no error or confusion of that the 1600 gets the rebate. |

Maybe I am misunderstanding this. I suspect what has taken place is that your premise has become your proof. What in that ad prompted you to claim it is the 2133 rather than 1600? I asked myself that question and here is how I did it.
There is a jpeg picture that says 1. original price 59.99 ( This does not agree with the 2133 but does match 1600) 2. Price $24.99 ( This does not agree with the 2133 but does match 1600) 3. $10 rebate ( There is no rebate for the 2133 but does match the 1600) If the 2133 is correct they made 3 error. If 2133 is the error made 1 error. Using Occam"s Razor I would go with the 1 error not 3. |
