Only review i can find says stripped down version of higher end samsung LEDs - no frills and less elegant contruction - but decent picture.
Full-back-lit so pretty thick (although back-lit isn't a bad thing). Item description says 3D Active Glasses included but not a quantity... anybody know? Saw the TV today...Frys is beating all Best buy deals way before thanksgiving.(Best Buy wanted it to sell for 497 on Black friday
 Nice TV for its price. But the back is too big as its a backlit TV. Other than that its not a bad TV at all

Pick this one up today at Fry's. Pretty clean TV. A little Thick but compare to other 40-42" LED TV at this price, you are getting a Brand named Full 1080P 120hz 3D TV instead of an off brand. Still keeping my eye out for a 47" till black friday. but this seems to be the best deal out for 40" this moment

I bought 46" of same TV 10 days back from Frys... i am impressed with picture quality and 3D.
