I got an email from pp saying that since I had multiple promos loaded on my card, when I used my card to pay, pp tried to use all of the promos at once. This cause none of the promos to be activated. So the csr credited my account $5 manually.
If anyone is having a problem with receiving their credit, shoot them an email and you should get credited in 1-2 days. |
