Some fine print:

A note to customers redeeming a promotional code for two free Samuel Adams Boston LagerĀ® perfect pint glasses: Due to state regulations, we are not able to redeem the glassware offer in Virginia and Texas. Additionally, the consumer must pay shipping and handling. Click HERE for official terms and conditions.

Users have reported various price ranges depending on location, so far between $11 - $14

-------------
Glasses appear to be factory defects that they are pawning off. Wish it was labeled that way as a heads up. I own a few of these glasses (non-defective ones) and they are great. These are either missing the etching, or etching is partially present and way off center.

Never mind the thread crappers! They are obviously Coors Light out-of-a-can drinkers. Smilie

Thanks, OP - texting and code worked for me. Just hope their instructions on turning off their future promotional texts actually works.

Meh, not to TC but $11 is too much to pay for 2 glasses. You can get the Luminarc lager glasses for $2/each or less.
Are you serious? That Luminarc crap can't touch a genuine tulip glass.

Worked for me.

Those having issues texting to the number..try this.

- Manually create a new contact on your phone (and add in 63065 as the phone #).

Then goto the Contacts and send a manual text.

I have a Blackberry Bold Torch and at first, I couldn't even text the number as it's not standard. Once I added the # to my address book, I was able to send the text just fine.

The automated text replies are really quick. It took me less than 5 mins to order the glasses. $12 shipped to Califorina.

OP..repped (huge Sam Adams fan here).
Tried this, still didn't work Mad Edit: Seems like the problem is Sprint, sigh. Searching turns up this is a common problem with them. If you look in their forum, you are supposed to PM a CSR for "help" sending a "premium" short code text. I think what I want for Christmas is a new cell phone carrier. Thanks for nothing Sprint.

That's my same issue. I've done tons of these "text for coupon" deals, and it's never given me an error. Maybe I'll try with Google Voice.

My local pub gives these away for free a couple times a year. I have so many different pint glasses from different brands that I've gotten free over the years. Shipyard Pumpkinhead, Shipyard Applehead, Shipyard Iron Monkey Fist, Seadog Blueberry Ale, Grittys, Arrogant Bastard, Sam Adams Boston and Octoberfest. I love my local pub Wink

Well not free per se, but free when you buy a beer (which I would have bought anyway).

OP, you may want to mention "Perfect Pint Glass" in your title... you'll get more hits. It's a nice deal (even if I can't get it to work)... and these glasses really are great.

These glasses are awesome. Lots of actual science behind the glass... Thank you team from MIT who designed it. There is a bar down the street from the Sam Adams Brewery that lets you take one home if you buy a $5 beer. I just packed them all up for a move and counted 16! By my calculation, I paid less per glass, and got some beer to go with it.

Yep, I think its called - O'mellys? Was there in June, took the tour, and ended up at the restaurant - don't remember what happened next Smilie haha. Definitely lots of science behind the glass.
