"Mount" isn't really necessary. I just let some of mine lay loose at the bottom of the case or in a bay. Even if you're hauling your rig around.. no moving parts in the SSD.

I was getting that too, but Newegg has been having issues with their site through the night for me. I refreshed the page, and there were 600+ reviews.

The M4 is a good drive, and newegg is indeed having issues.

I bought one of these last time they were on sale at Amazon - it works fine, and I think I'll buy a second one now.

As for waiting until Black Friday, IMHO, that's the day they usually dump old stock, or stock they can't seem to sell (like some of the OCZ Agility SSDs). So if you really want a questionable SSD, wait until BF. Me, when I received NewEgg's email, I thought of jumping on this, and probably will today.

I know... two reviews with average of 4/5, but those two reviews are both one star. Weird.

Crucial SSDs are supposed to be rock solid, but I've stayed away because of reviews like that. With Plextor M3, Samsung 830 & Intel SSDs available, there's no need to buy Crucial if you'd rather not.

For what it's worth, I have a Crucial C300 (previous model) 64GB. It's good.
You'll probably be OK with this one, too -- I just can't say from experience.
