I think this is a good deal, and if enough people buy through the app at the discounted price, I wonder if the UFC would consider lowering the price of PPVs moving forward.

What is cool about this deal is that you get the fights that are broadcasted on Facebook with this purchase as well. Better to see these on the HDTV vs. a computer screen (for those that don't have AirPlay)

Still only intrigued by the main event, Kampmann bring a good fight; other than that not familiar with the other fighters on the card.

I'm hoping this is true. I thought the same thing when I ordered it. Its much easier to justify $40 than it is to justify $55 for a night of fights (that tend to be terrible when I pay for them ).

Do you have to watch this live or can I watch it at a later day?

As someone who used to be a big UFC fan, I cant believe people still watch this. It has run its course and will soon be just what boxing has become. Asking that much money to see GSP beat up on Condit is just low. GSP has to fight Silva. Only fight I care about seeing.

I agree. But I do watch the PPV fights when some decent fights are on. But I don't pay a dime, I just watch them online free, and link that to my tv.

They get plenty of money. They get their fighting salaries plus bonuses if they get ko or submission of the night. They also get money from sponsors and a percentage of ppv buys.

Sweet. I'd rather pay and watch this at home then in a bar any day.
