At the payment screen, there's a little checkbox that lets them retain the payment information. I unchecked that box.

I clicked on the link, but I do not see where it says 3 users. Did I miss that?

That depends on your definition of "better". One the one hand if MSE is running fine on your computer you may want to stick with it. If you are concerned about a higher degree of security then you probably want to consider NIS. On the whole, NIS has a significantly higher detection ability of malware than does MSE. But some people claim they like MSE as it runs well on their system. I guess if you try NIS you can decide if it is for you or not...you can always go back to MSE for free...it just depends if you want to mess with that.

I'll try to save anyone who bites on this some heartache: If you can, download NIS 2012 and use the license for that. 2013 is still really really buggy. I've reverted to 2012 and it's working fine.

I'm having problems getting it to accept my card, and I've tried 2 of them. If you have a current subscription, does it matter? I used a different email address and a different billing address too.
