Original price says $9.99. Remove "Norton Virus Removal Assurance" and use promo code CPNPAL25NORTON . Final price is $7.49.

Add promo code USNORTONTRUCK25 as it appears they will stack, making the final price $4.99. Thanks DebbieH7465 post #97.

If you do not want to mess with rebates, this deal may be for you. It's the cheapest non-rebate deal for a one year Norton Internet Security 3 user license I have seen.

Can you apply this to an existing NIS 2012 subscription and add another year?
I believe so, but see these posts first-

It won't add an additional 365 days to an existing NIS installation. You have to wait until 1 or 0 days left, then renew with the new code giving you another 365 days.

Also, I had issues with NIS 2013 and reverted to NIS 2012 as another poster suggested. NIS 2013 is still a little too buggy. The bugs were with Windows 7 Pro and Ultimate.

This is a great deal! Thanks OP. TU!

I've used NIS since 2010. Love it. I download A LOT. and I've never had a virus (knock on wood) Seems to catch everything. Just try to do a full system scan with it at least once a month and I've been good to go. Has a small footprint too. Norton's used to be a hog, but not anymore.

Repped!

Kinda obvious but I'll add that it's for download version only. No shipping cost and most likely no tax with your order.

If you want to avoid having your credit card charged full price (about $69.99) next year here are the instructions...

To cancel the Automatic Renewal Service you have go into Profile>>Billing>>Find a little link called "detailed preferences"

Then a new account interface pops up, go where it says My Account and expand the Subscription Settings box then....click the slider to No.

Are you sure you want to turn off Annual Automatic Renewal?

YES I AM SURE!!!

Done.

The 360 scanning engine and other security features are essentially the same as what's in NIS. A few years ago the two products used different engines but no longer.

Norton 360 already has NIS in it, plus a lot more like online backup. No need to get this.

Did anyone see how long this deal will last?

Pretty sure it is just a digital download. Downloaded and Installed 120mb~ in less than 2 minutes. Didn't even need to reboot on Windows 8, running great using little to no resources.

I was waiting for the Symantec Endpoint Protection to update to the 12.1 ru2 version but it's been too long. I decided to jump on this and from what I've seen the program is great, does what I want, and more than endpoint protection ever could.

Could anyone shed some light on how this compares with KIS ? I am a big fan of earlier releases of KIS but not sure how do they fare compared to Norton. TIA.

Does anyone know if you can purchase it now and not download it? I just need the activation codes for later. TIA

Thanks! I bought one! Quick question though, does the download file install NIS 2012 or NIS 2013? If it installs 2013, does anyone know where I can download the 2012 version instead?
