was supposed to receive target $10, but got a macy's. no idea how much is on it because website to check doesn't work, and when i call to get balance, it says "the available balance is", and then it never says it.

I requested $5 Starbucks, got $10 Target. Keeping it; it's what I would have wanted if I had originally been offered the $10.

requested Target $10 and got $5...but also got a separate letter offering this exact same deal again. I'll try that one later.

I just recvd my Free $5 Target gift card from the BofA offer as well. They also had a $15 Free Gift Card offer sent out if you chose to pay 3 bills with your Debit card before Christmas.

I chose a $5 Starbucks card and was sent a $10 Macy's card. I am thinking that I might still get that $5 card though because I received another e-mail from BOA reminding me about the $5 after I got the $10.

I requested a $10 Target, got $5 Starbucks. My bf also had the same happen.
It seems like a pattern. I wish I would have been offered a $5 and chose Starbucks, then I would have definitely gotten a $10 Target. |

Same happened to me, requested one GC, received a different GC. Not very reassuring if they can't even get this right.

Check your mail box. I received $5 Target gift card today, this is the one I originally requested for. They sent me $5 startbucks gift card last week. This letter said that they found the discrepancy within the fulfillment process and sending this additional complimentary gift card.

I have an auto loan through BoA. I tried the link provided and entered the last four digits of that account but it says no record found. I guess this doesn't apply to me.
