Thanks for posting this. Signed in to my checking account for the first time in ages only to discover BOA switched my account from student to advantage tiered without informing me and have subtracted over $275 in maintenance fees since the switch. Effing BOA. I conveniently haven't received a statement in over a year.

I got a offer in mail similar to this last week. It said I would get a gift card only if I pay a utility bill with my credit card before end of december. I think the OP already used his cc to pay his bills, so he got the gift card offer.
