I placed an order with them a month ago and they haven't delivered. I called a week ago and they said they would call back in 2 days. I called today and they said they would call back in a half hour. They never called. I'm starting to get irritated.

I just called them again. They credited the points to my XBOX Live account.

I just chatted with support and got my points credited directly to my xbox account. I didn't mention the COD promotion or anything. I just said I placed an order on December 4th, and still have not received digital delivery of my 1600 points. They quickly had me verify some personal info, which email address was linked to my xbox account, and credited my account the 1600 points. Hope this helps in case someone is still waiting on their points.
