Lowes 10% off Moving coupon

PO no longer has coupons. Everything is now online. So the pack of coupons u used to get is all via email once u sign up.

Home Depot and Lowes cross honor the coupons, however HD no longer accepts the printed coupon. They got smart. Since the Lowes coupon has a single use bar code (void after single use at Lowes) people with color copiers would copy the coupon and continue to use it at HD thru the expiration date. The barcode doesn't work at at HD. YMMV based on store manager but here in NJ and NY they r pretty strict.

Go to the post office. These coupons are usually there in the address change packet.

Why are you considering plug-in or hard wired CO detectors? For our rentals, we went with the cheapest ones [homedepot.com]. Since you're getting in bulk you may as well get the 6-packs at $98 each [homedepot.com] and I believe the contractor's discount is at 6 so you probably would be better off getting 15 of the twin packs at a lower contractor's discount if they have it. I believe the contractor's discount is only instore or you'd need to have them adjust online or phone in addition to the Lowe's 10% off . I'd not get plug-ins as I suspect many of them are taken and sold by tenants, who face eviction or forfeit their deposit, on ebay.

Many of the tenants that moved steal the 3 AA batteries, never bothered to replace with new ones when it or the smoke alarms give their chirps, or removed them to probably use in toys or remotes. Few grasp the potential seriousness even after we explain the purpose of the CO detector and their meaning of the beeps as the instructions are like Cliff Notes of law books. Perhaps we should have them sign an acknowledgement form like the one required for potential lead paint.

I swear it's amazing we haven't had any tenant deaths or extreme property damage by themselves. With one that recently vacated must had attempted to fix or rather tampered with what I assumed must had been defective water heater we replaced in May 2011 without informing us of the issue. Not only did they unscrewed the fire shield assembly by the telltale signs but they broke the sight glass to the pilot flame so they could likely manually light it since it would randomly go out! Thankfully the gas company doesn't charge for such inspections but good-bye warranty and yet another water heater replacement... The kicker is they removed 2 of the 3 AA batteries from the CO alarm. Not that it would go off since they only alert to CO not gas. I'm really surprised they didn't cause an explosion whenever they cooked or with the in-wall heater on while the flame went out and instead leaked gas or from lighting the pilot before all the gas air out. Sorry I went OT.

Also, I've successfully used the 20% Harbor Freight coupons at both locations. Has anyone been denied those coupons recently?

Can you no longer just "sign up" anymore? Last time I checked, you could just go on the lowes site and request one. No code needed.
