Sure, the deal I posted yesterday from Walmart was a couple of bucks cheaper, but needed to pay taxes regardless. For those that were able to price match Amazon, it's a different story, but not everybody had that chance. So if it's $20-$30 (depending on the taxing) cheaper for you using TigerDirect... who would not want to save $30 AND bypass Walmart employees?

Even being the OP on the other deal, I agree THIS is a good deal; just make sure you REALLY want it (as in, you can't change your mind later).

Your comment is flawed. Yes, it is more expensive than non-3D TVs. I agree on that.

3D on a 32" is not worthless. If you're sitting 2 feet away from it, while using it as a computer monitor, then it's excellent.

It may be for a niche market, but it's not "worthless". I have an 82" 3D TV, a 55" 3D TV, a 32" 3D TV. The deal is such because of all the stuff it packs, not because it costs more than other non-3D, non-smart, non-wifi, non-1080p, etc TVs

You may say "1080p on a 32" is worthless", and we'd be having a similar discussion again.

Maybe a 32", period, is worthless to you. For those that don't have the room for anything bigger, but want to enjoy all the specs this TV offers, the price is pretty damn good [REGARDLESS] of 3D - 3D is just the cherry on top

Seriously. I don't get the threadcrapping. It's a good price for a full HD 32", especially for a Smart TV. 3D to me is a total bonus on this setup for the price point. Great for a smaller room.

I had one Walmart that had this TV instock 20 miles away ($8 in gas money alone). But on seeing all the nightmare with the store guys posted on your thread, I searched this morning for this TV and was willing to pay little more, as I want this for my office desk. Was plesently surprised to find this price with no tax.

Agree with you on warranty. Matter of fact the last tv I bought was in 2005 from Circuit City B&M, still runs 1080i 34" Sony weighing 200lbs. At that time I had online retailers selling it for $400 less but I still went to B&M, unfortunately if I have to return that monster, I will not be too unfortunate.

Don't know why I'm trying to defend the OP, since I'm not the OP.

I've purchased many things from Tigerdirect, including my 82" DLP TV. Never had a problem. They used to be my go-to for anything computer-wise back in the day. Now it's NewEgg, Amazon, MonoPrice...

Anyway, "3D on 32" is worthless" that's a (foul) statement. "I'd never waste a penny over the base model to add 3D to a 32" TV" is an opinion.

Just like "shady retailer" is an attempt to make your opinion a statement. "I hate that retailer, I don't like their tricks/games, I've had nothing but bad experiences with that company" would be opinions.

While I don't agree that this is a shady vendor given that I've purchased so much stuff from them and have had nothing but good experiences, the return policy on this specific item is not of my pleasing. No refund is available, BUT if this is the TV you want, you should have no problem whatsoever.

Of all the sellers out there, TigerDirect is NOT one of the worst...but that's just my opinion.

Sorry, I wasn't thread-crapping, I was trying to show that this is not a bad tv, and that at the price point, it's the best bang for the buck. My comment was in response to "I'd not pay extra for 3D on a 32", because 3D on a 32" is worthless".

Again, even he admitted it was a good TV.

I'm the OP from yesterday's post about this same TV, so I agree it is a damn good TV, and a great price at that.
