got my rebate card today...very fast

i didnt have any 20 dollar offer inside my box...what now?

Does your box say "Special Subscription Offer" on the front? Were the top and bottom box seals intact?

I've been entered as valid. Wonder if they're randomly resisting.

Question: Did you presubmit your rebate form online?

Mailing them will not make any difference. I have contacted Staples and will try the chat tomorrow, if I can find that darn thing. :-)

How can they deny it while the UPC is listed on the Staples rebate form printed with in-store purchase?

Beats me. Not blaming you or anything. Just trying to help isolate what the problem might be.

1) I have reviewed your submission but the UPC barcode label is not valid. Please reply to this email with a valid the UPC number from your product and we will be more than happy to make an exception and update the record manually. Allow 72 hours for the record to be updated.

where did you get that software from? I have a feeling Staples had old versions of the same software at their warehouse, thus causing the confusing between UPCs.

The UPC says: MTP13EMB1RAA
The UPC code is: 731944629995

Google it and it shows up as a valid code for at least one version of the SW

731944619712 (MTP13ESM1RAA) is the one on the box I bought, and it's also on the rebate form from store print out.
