Yep, that's the boxed version. If you walk out of the store with a physical box then it's boxed whether or not there is a CD inside.

I purchased 2* 20% off coupon from ebay for $5.00. Hope this help.

Thank you and I finally figured it out. But isn't it weird there is only a product key in a box and my first thought is that I missed something LMAO

Not really. I use Kaspersky, and I buy the boxed version but have never used the included CD. I always download from the website and just input the key from the box.

I wonder if the 20% off eblow coupons are or maybe tied to the sellers personal staples account or not. I'd hate to get blacklisted by Staaples?. I hope I don't discourage any one by this question cause I'm for everyone getting the best deal, I just want to be slightly cautious.

I just find there is a red tag at the right-bottom corner of the box front side says "special subscription offer: see inside for details". I think this should be the clue and you may check this kind of tag before buy it.
