They failed to honor mine. They said I was eligible, but didn't meet the requirement of spending $500 each month. In fact, I did. The only wild card is that I used previous reward points to pay off part of my balance in one of the months, which sent 3 of those purchases to the other side of the ledger. I can only guess that that is the reason, because each month was clearly more that $500. I'm currently disputing via email.
