I just received one of my hoodies today. From the product description. These hoodies are supposed to be 70 percent cotton and 30 percent polyester sweatershirt. I ended up getting a thin hoodie made of 100 percent polyster. The product looks cheap. What gives? Anyone else experience the same thing?
Edit: I saw another user in the thread have the same issue. Is it just the two of us? Customer service sounds like crap.
Mine was 100% polyester too. I don't like it at all. Did you contact customer service?
I got one of the 100% poly ones instead of the 70/30 but it came in a medium and i had ordered a large. But with the poly the medium is actually better and I like it more than the 70/30 one i got (ordered 2 of the exact hoodie and got 2 different ones - needless to say i was very confused!) . I also order one XL hoodie since everyone was saying they run small but the XL is HUGE and way too big. I am still waiting on one more hoodie but I have a bad feeling about that one as it says it just shipped but then another email has the tracking number saying it was delivered with the others. what a mess! 2 of the hoodies also have some dirt or something on the letters. I'll probably try washing them and if it doesn't come off return to the local store.
No way in hell 145lbs wears an XXL. I work for finish line and buy these every year. My wife weights the same and I buy her a large. THESE DO SHRINK...GUARANTEED. I have been there for 7 years, I tell everyone to buy a size larger.
Their site is just awful. The customer service via their website thinks I'm already over the limit of characters without even typing anything. I log in and it thinks I don't have any past orders. I've even tried entering my order number but it doesn't find anything. I figured the deal was pretty good for just a couple lounging hoodies. I bought myself a NC State one and a UNC one as a Christmas gift the day this popped up on the front page. I received the NCSU hoodie several weeks ago but the other hoodie has yet to arrive. The NCSU hoodie is actually quite nice but a little bigger than I expected for a small. The shipping Email I received on Nov 22 for the UNC hoodie didn't even give me a tracking number like the first hoodie. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times but I got nothing. I refuse to wear the state hoodie just in case I have to send it back for a refund. Also, they've already charged my card $35. I'm quite disappointed but I'll give it another week until things get canceled and returned.
I ordered a hoodie and a pair of sweatpants the day this deal went live (the 14th) and they waited until the 29th to tell me they did not have my items in stock and would be cancelling my order. I will not be dealing with this company again.
Major Fail on their web dept. To not have the site able to handle a pre-planned sale is ridiculous. I work in IT and I would be standing in front of my boss explaining what my malfunction was and probably packing my bags for the PR impact. I figured I would try to call in the order and the message stated they would not be able to help me in a reasonable amount of time. LOL At least they admit it!
I did want to get a couple of Tees for the wife, but i guess she will just have to go shirtless....DARN!
