All My Unused Netflix are Invalid

How about yours? I tried all my 3 codes today and they are not working.

Notice from LG when you log in their app store:

"A coupon cannot be issued as you have entered an invalid TV Serial No.
For help, please inquire to the LG Customer Service Center and send in a copy of your TV receipt."

now my redeemed code using a new account is still valid. I can still see my credit and not being charged.

I just got this email from LG:

"

Dear LG Smart TV Registered User,

It has come to our attention that some one-year Netflix promotional coupons have been provided to users who do not qualify for the current LG Smart TV Netflix promotion. Only eligible owners of a 2012 LG Smart TV qualify to get a Netflix Coupon after they register for a Smart TV member account.

As a result, the Netflix coupon code which was redeemed has been cancelled.

SDer Suril pointed out that only emails with unredeemed codes got this email. Email that already activated their coupon did not get this email. I verified my emails and my email with activated codes did not get this email, but the others did.
