I said I'd update when I had a resolution on my missing items. I now have everything but a blu-ray box set. The other items were set to be reshipped (took 4 weeks and 6 calls) but nothing was available. I finally got a substitute authorized and did in-store pickup for 0.00$. Sadly, the lady who gave me my items at the store said the same thing happened to her - a box was completely empty. Sounds like it happens more often with BB/UPS combination this year.
For the box set, I was supposed to get a refund. I still do not have that, so I'll be making a 7th call to BB Customer Service maybe tomorrow (give them an extra few days to process the refund even though it has been 1.5 wks) anurlhasbeenblockedne with the ordeal. A big mess... |

Finally all settled - got my refund on the last item that never was received. It apparently was never fully set to be done and the lady who answered the phone right away (vs having an operator send me somewhere) took care of everything in about 5 minutes and made sure it was right. I'm a bit gun shy with BestBuy's shipping now, though.
