becareful before order. Most of the weekends coming will be considered holiday weekends. Only options are Nov 18, Dec 2,9,16. I called the restaurant and they confirmed.

On their website it only lists Nov 25 and Dec 30 as blackout days...That's pretty shady.

FWIW this is very much worth it. I think I've eaten at the sterling 4 times in the 15 years I've been going to vegas, have yet to be disappointed and one time I was even not eating meat! (Mind you, that trip I discovered the amazing boursain, crab, and cognac omlette. Mmmmm Food bliss...)

Erm. What was I saying? right, if you will be in vegas then (or needed some excuse for xmas in the dessert) go! Around Xmas but before new years everything is less busy but there are still enough people for people watching (thanksgiving on the other hand is flipping empty).
