Nokia Lumia 810 (T-Mobile) $79.99 at Target Mobile (new contract or extension pricing)
Please do not compare this to any Lumia 920 deals. I know the Lumia 920 is a better phone and you can get it for $50, but if you don't want to go down the AT&T route, the lumia 810 is your only option for T-Mobile (if you want a new Lumia).
T-mobile is selling it for $150 with a $50 mail-in rebate on their Classic Plans, or you can get it for $100 on a Value Plan, but will need to pay an additional $20 a months for the phone (not sure who would ever do that).
Target has hands down the better option for $79.99, no rebate no nothing.

If you choose the upgrade option on a family plan, upgrade any other but the main account holder line and they won't require any data plan upgrade either (good for those of us who are still on the $10 data plans).
