The decline was for the $60. They must have lost my documents, but got the $40 documents mailed the same day, separate envelops.

UPDATE: I just checked the status. They have received the documents, and the postmark in the scan says 12/6/12. I do not know if I need to call them in regards to having made the mail in cut off.

You don't need to call them about anything.

There was a system wide error that affected many rebates around Dec. 30th. I had 2 MSI 4MyRebate Rebates that showed the same thing, "Claim Denied", and those same reasons... but then a few days later, it said "Documentation Received" and was "In Process" as normal. I called 4MyRebate and they said not to worry, they have received all my documentation and everything was fine. Just give it time to process.

Still waiting for the $40... they 'received' the documents at 1/2/2013 but I've sent it in the mail way before then. I'm a little wary at that mainly because the scanned envelope doesn't look like there's a postmark before the due date, but hopefully there's no problem with it.

I have received the $60 with no issues.

I think the Nuance $40 rebate is gonna take the full 8 weeks after they have been approved before they mail it out. Mine has been stuck since 11/30 when claim was approved. Plus I have been having trouble access the site to check on the status the past few days. It times out or gives error.

I did take the time to write Nuance. They wanted to charge my credit card $9.95 to submit my message. If you want my considered advice DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY!

I think pretty much everyone's Nuance rebate was approved, but not sent out.

Pretty bogus that they hold on to our money for this long. Send us the damn cards already!

well it has been exactly 2 months since approval...

Finally today it updated to:

1/25/2013 6:08:27 AM Reward Card processing

It had been stuck on Approval since 11/30. So give it a few more days and it should ship out. They sure took the full 8 weeks to process this, but at least we are getting it.
