Received mine in a legit looking box. Upon inspection, I could see the folds have already been folded. I was thinking either it was used or it's due to the leather?

I believe i got a fake. The magnets on this smartcover is much weaker than my tan one. I have to actually put it close to my ipad in order for it to attach whereas my tan one is good from an inch away.
