HTC Evo 4G LTE $19.99 for new customers and $79.99 for upgrade (with 2 year contract)
I just noticed that Amazon is selling the HTC EVO LTE 4G Android Phone (Sprint) for $19.99 for new customers and $79.99 for upgrades (both require a new 2 year contract) . I'm almost positive this is the lowest price at the moment for new customers and is likely the lowest for upgrades.

I actually went ahead and purchased the phone, too bad California residents have to pay a lot of extra tax. I ended up going to Best Buy and price matching it to avoid waiting for it to ship. Best Buy was price matching amazon, but I'm not sure if or how much longer they are doing it.

) your bill stays the same, new phone or not. Plus OP says "new customers" which pretty much implies a contract.
