Hmmm. Was about to jump on this for $40. But if the game is really that bad, ill wait til it drops.
RE4 is one of my fave games ever, and I didnt really like RE5 but it was ok. |

This game not Worth $40. I only Beat Leon and Chris story, played Jack story and bored.
Resident Evil 6 NOTHING related with previous Resident Evil. This game only worth $20 |

I almost bought this game on day 1 since I love the RE series. However, all the reviews really sacred me off. In my heart, I still want to give this game a try, once the price is right.
$40 is still too risky for me now, I will wait for the $20 tag. |

Holding out for RE6 Archives to drop low enough to justify the purchase. More looking forward toward the old games that bundled with it.

I have played ALL of the RE games. The series has been in a steady decline since RE4. It's really sad to see. When RE4 first came out, it got reamed by a lot of the hardcore players. Even RE3 and RE:CV got some bad reviews when compared to RE1 and 2. Sadly, they don't look that bad now compared to 5 and 6. QTE scenes are the worst part of 5 and 6. RE1, RE2 and CV really remain the core games to this series IMO and the best ones out of the entire series. IMO they should just go back and do a real 3D HD remake of those once the next gen consoles are out.

If this were at least $30 or less during BF, I might have decided to bite, but I am still not convinced that I should worry about this game too much, even though I did enjoy RE5 co-op quite a bit. I played the demo and it was OK, but pretty meh overall. Especially Chris's portion feeling very COD-like...which is not a good thing for a game like this, and it doesn't help that I do not like COD at all. I do eventually want to play it, but I feel that it can definitely wait until the inevitable Gold Edition, where I can just play it with whatever DLC they end up releasing all at once.
