Man is this company F'ed up!...Fraud prevention just called me about an order I "just placed" when all is said and done it is my order from last week with the same confirmation number that has somehow been tagged as placed today....lol! so they send me the same confirmation letter as last week....but still nothing saying I can pick it up!...boy did I give her an earful and told her to have her bosses call me!

UPDATEI went to pickup my wii u basic at the customer service counter and they had it . I asked the girl if they had a Deluxe? She pages the electronics department but they don't return her page ....so, after several minutes another girl walks to the electronics department and walks back a Wii U deluxe in her hand!..so, I return the basic,then bought the deluxe and out the door I went! Ordered 4 from 3 different stores....the 1 i ordered 2 from canceled 1 of them and got my confirmation for all three of them about 20 min ago... Now just waiting for email to notuify when to pickup. Paid with cc and all three where charged a 1 and refunded. Guess will see come Sunday

I never had a hold on my card and I did receive the e-mail that says they are trying to fulfill my order. I was told that if I didn't cancel my order it would be fulfilled this week. Decided to cancel because my WM order shipped on Friday (8GB w/AC3) and haven't decided whether or not to keep it.
Returned my deluxe last week as well. They had 20+ available at a local Walmart (CA) which I had first dibs on. These are plentiful and this week will be no exception. |

So yesterday I got the confirmation email that my order was ready to pickup, and to bring my ID and credit card. Today I get this email:
Thank you for your Kmart.com order. Unfortunately, an error occurred while processing, and your order has been canceled. Our customer care representatives would be happy to help you replace the order. They can be reached at 1-800-290-8390 and are ready to help. We value your business and look forward to fulfilling your shopping needs in the future. WTF ? I already got one from NewEgg and was considering cancelling this anyway, but wow ... I'd be pretty pissed otherwise! |

The supply is decent, you can walk into various Toysrus and Best Buy and they get them in and you can actually see them stocked.
The problem is that kids have too much choice nowadays, there are tablets, Angry bird toys, Xbox 360 and PS3 bundles are actually better deals and games are cheap. When you buy a Wii-U and you see they only sell games at $54-59 a pop it's not easy to swallow for some families when XBox/PS3 games can be bought for $15-30 new.
