Sorry to break it to you, but it's likely worse calorie-wise compared to other fast food chains.
More calories, doesn't automatically mean worse.
Your body metabolizes different things differently, so going by pure # of calories is useless.

Some of the Mission wraps contain crap like trans fat, and Kraft cheese isn't the greatest, so that version is not necessarily super healthy. Also the use of bottled juice instead of fresh squeezed is a factor.
Sorry I should have put this in context.

Healthy compared to Double Cheeseburgers and fries from McDonalds. Wink

I hardly use any cheese and those Mission wraps are the largest I can find in my area that can accommodate the amount of ingredient quantities I add with respect to the flavor of those ingredients. Smilie

And yes fresh squeezed limes and lemons would be better, however I stream-lined my recipe and how I prepare it all to be able to eat in the fastest time possible. I don't have time to fresh-squeeze fruit too. LOL

You do understand that your body produces an isomerase enzyme that converts trans fat into cis-fat and the other way around as needed, right? Unless you know that you're deficient in that enzyme, I wouldn't worry about it.

Chipotle also puts soy oil in with their rice. I don't do that.

They also put bay leaves in the black beans.

The employees know me so well at Chipotle (I stop at 2 locations, and am the mayor for them on FourSquare, haha) that depending on the staff, if they notice when I pull my truck up in the parking lot, they immediately start assembling the burrito bowl complete with 'chicken on the side' for me before I walk into the restaurant. I get a good laugh out of that. Pretty awesome!

Lol, somebody bought 12x $30 giftcards? That's $360 investment to get potentially $108 of free food?

Thats a lot of Chipotle.

It's about a 20-minute process, but healthy and you'd swear Chipotle made the burritos you made at home. I figure with cost of ingredients it's around $8 for both me and my wife to eat great portions of Chipotle this way. I have been asked by employees about the chicken in the side thing. Just tell them 'portion control'.

You can also make a kind of spicy Mexican tomato soup with the chicken. I add it to one can of tomato source, a chopped tomato and 4 minutes in the microwave. I use saltine crackers in the soup. It was a big different at first, but has really grown on me.

We eat Chipotle at least twice a week.
Doing all that.... writing about it.... employees make your food when they see you park....

You are a ridiculous person, and I love it.
