Soul Calibur V CE (X360) - $24.99/FS @ Newegg
Newegg has the collector's edition of Soul Calibur V on 360 for $24.99. This item has free shipping.

As far as I know, this is the cheapest it has been (although I imagine there has been a Best Buy deal with an @Gamer coupon that could have taken it down to around this price before).
Comes with:
-Game
-Music CD
-Making-of video content
-Hardcover art book
-Black Knight and White Knight downloadable armor sets for Character Creation Mode
I am not 100% but I believe it does not have Dampierre in it; he would need to be purchased over Xbox Live.
Edit: I am currently on the fence over this. On one hand, I already own the vanilla version of SCV. I also would be charged shipping for APO (or have it sent to my stateside address, but then I am without it until Feb). And the artbook, soundtrack, bonus DLC, and making-of content are not appealing to me.
But on the other hand, it just looks sooooo cool. I love the 'giant old book' design of the packaging.
