Clip the Buy 2, save $1 coupon on Twinings [drugstore.com] to get two boxes of 20 for $5.38. (Only works once per order!)

Amazon has more variety in Twinings, but sells in 6 packs of 20-count boxes, so this is nice for people who don't want that many. Even without that, if the original Amazon price for a 6 pack is more that $16.99 (assuming 5% off for S&S) or $18.98 (assuming 15% off for S&S w/ Mastercard), then drugstore.com is still cheaper. This works for nearly all in the 5% case, and the 15% is true for:
