Also still using MS Money (2006) because even though it sucks downloading transactions from about 10 different accounts, it is the only program I know of that has decent cash forecasting. How is there no new program in 7 years that will auto update and have good budget+forecast features??
I decided to activate the download feature. When I activated it from inside the Free application it was only a little over $2 and well worth it. I believe that is a one time fee to unlock the feature in the Quicken application. I've been using it the past few days and it's been GREAT ! I miss MS Money, but this looks good too.

* Stay on top of your bills
I went to the link you provided and they are still charging $26.95 for the Quicken Checkbook. Maybe you got it for free as a special deal for you, but the link you provided doesn't get it for free for anyone else.
