For any LG Smart TV users. Can you move the apps shown on the first screen? I want to move amazon next to netflix app. I wish this had button to take you right to the app, like my cheap $30 player does.

Plex is a third party client that you would have to install, so you wouldn't find it in the manual. From my personal experience, I've found 1080p playback to be pretty awful on most devices (ie previous LG BR players, Roku, etc) anyway. While I do still run Plex on my server, I primarily use it for remote access capabilities. For local service, I simply run my 1080p through the current gen Apple TV and it works just fine. I did pick up a couple of the newer LG Google TVs that have the dual core processors - hopefully they'll have enough oomph to stream 1080p via Plex.

Edit: From what I recall Plex is installed as a "developer"....or maybe that was on the Roku

Im a bit new to blu ray players fyi. I just bought a lg m#565, its not a smart tv, but it has internet going through it. If I bought this would I be able to stream all thoose video services (netflix hulu ect) to my tv?

I have two PBO Core Player at home. Streaming 1080p video over the network is not a problem for me as long as the bit rate is not too high. That is more the limit of the network than the device. To be on the safe side, I compress the HD mkv to around 5GB per movie (~3GB/hour, 850B/s). I start to have trouble on my N network when it is around double of that bit rate.

This unit look just like the BP325W minus 3D I bought in last week deal. I can tell you that the BP325W is a POS. The WIFI keep losing connection. When you try to reconnect, you have to reenter the passkey every time. The remote feels like cheap toy that you buy at the flea market. It works like one too. You have to point straight at the unit, otherwise, it won't work. Other times, it just doesn't work. My unit is going back even if I'm hit with the restocking fee.

I have roadrunner lightning. When I watched youtube, it pause to buffer every 15 seconds. My tablets, phone, and laptop works flawlessly. I would stay away from this unit. Your call.

EDIT: this unit has only HDMI out and no component out. Meaning the audio out is also through HDMI. So if you have a sound system, your receiver need to have HDMI port as well. Otherwise you are stuck with having the audio via the TV speaker which is my case.

What type of software interface are you using? I'm not familiar with the Patriot stuff.
