Eastbay has Nike Elite Basketball Socks 3 for $29.99, shipped free.

http://www.eastbay.com/product/mo...elitesocks

It is hard to find these under $14, much less with free shipping, much less in colors that you may want. There are a lot of colors and sizes available.

Don't forget cash back.

Peace.

The local Nike outlet is always at $14 with limited colors, and other places often mark them up.

So what your saying is that when I get my 30% off Nike outlet coupons, i should buy investment quantity of these socks to sell on eBay?

All these guys playing ball rolling up in their 1986 Honda Civic look stylish with their $14/pair Nike Elite socks! They will need a comfortable pair when they have to push their car to the side of the road because they dont have gas money.

No, because as with most people, you're forgetting to take several factors about reselling into consideration. In this case, most people will be paying sales tax on this item, so it's not a full 30% discount in that sense. Then there's the 12% you'll be loosing to eBay final value fees and PayPal fees from the total you received for the item AND shipping combined (yes, they now deduct the eBay final value fee from what you charge for shipping, too). So basically, you have to ask yourself if it's worth making around $1.50 - $2 "profit" per pair of socks while hoping nobody tries to pull the popular scam of filing a fallacious PayPal claim/dispute to try to keep the item AND get their money back. At best, this is good for getting SOME kind of discount on an item that almost never goes on sale. It's not a slick deal in the sense that it's so dirt cheap, you could make money off them.

Have you guys tried nike dri fit socks? They are awesome. Brand name stuff is always overpriced, but every once in a while some if it is quality.

I got a few pairs of these as well as some Adidas basketball socks. I've worn these socks about 20-30 times each and they're in perfect condition. The adidas got a hole in the toe after 5-6 wears. Definetly getting more of these in some new colors.

I have 4 pairs myself. Most expensive socks ever for basketball but they are great. Thick, yet breathable... if that makes any sense? Hm....

I almost bought these for basketball but didn't. Thanks for talking sense into me, SD!

Here's an awesome trick I learned online: Wear dress socks and regular socks at the same time to play basketball. It prevents my foot from getting blisters & calluses.

Thanks for assuming I don't know what I'm talking about... but.

1 - I live in a tax free state - Most SDs are extra slick for me.
2 - already have a $3,000/month eBay invoice since I run a RDOL, the fees on a $15FS BIN Sale isn't going to make much difference
3 - $1.64 shipping includes tracking so it reduces the risk of scam, assuming these are similar in weight and size to the Pro Compression Football socks I get every year
4 - They only sell on eBay for $15 FS... which still means at 30% off, they aren't worth flipping unless I get 100+ of each, which isn't worth the flip.
