Nintendo Wii Nunchuk (Official) Black $9.99 "Kmart" or $9.99 "Sears" + Shipping or Free In-Store Pickup
Not sure if this is the cheapest of all time, but it's the best price I found currently:

Choose free in-store pickup so you don't have to pay for shipping. Or do what I did, went to target and price match for $9.99

These are made by Nintendo with Wii packaging. (Not Wii U packaging but still works.)
B&M still lists them as $19.99. So you have to buy online and pick up in store.

Just because it's on slickdeals doesn't mean it's a great deal, do your research and keep in mind slickdeals is a business and they do get paid for posting front page deals from their affiliates.
