He is referring to the upcoming Amazon Black Friday week sale prices (see page 1 of this thread for the link). Check the schedule to see when the movies you want will be listed. Some movies can sell out within minutes, so don't be late.
The last couple of years there were some awesome deals. This year the the Batman and LOTR blu-rays for $4 are a steal, and I (and probably most people) already own them.
The deal for LOTR extended versions is $50. Amazon had them on sale for $43 on thursday.
when i saw the LOTR EE for $50, i though the same exact thing but looks like they dropped it to $39.99... guessing to match Best Buy but still rather buy from BB
Looks like I won't be spending much money this year - both the VG and Blu-Ray deals are pretty underwhelming, and I probably won't be buying any tech either, since the laptops I want don't look to be on sale.
i assume you have to purchase as soon as you add to cart? sucks not making the $25 limit....
Do what I did yesterday: before the lightning deal starts find other things you want from Amazon to get just under the $25 FSSS, then when the item comes up just add it to your cart and checkout.
