I heard lot's of BS at the 2 stores I went to about not price matching their own site because the holidays? wth but fought my way and got 2 copies for 5.98 each. Brought those + that last story wii($8) amazon price mistake and took them to BB for $54 credit. TY OP now I can finally buy BLOPS2 (after PM TRU) for an oop of 6+6+8=20

So the main issue here is going to be Target not PMing their own site for this game. You would think that PM's to it's own stores would be no issue even if it's not in stock, but they treat their own online store like a different store all together.

Uncharted 2 was $29.99 at my local store. I asked if they would pricematch their own website and they said yes, but when they verified the price at $5.98, they said no because it is a "Clearance" item. They said something along the lines that they don't pricematch clearance items from online or from store-to-store because it varies from each location.

Got Target to PM their online price, so I picked up the remaining two they had left and then traded in to Best Buy for a total of $32! Good stuff. Thanks OP!

I just went in to Target to pick up Uncharted 2 for $6 since I never played it but at customer service they wouldn't price match it to Target.com. They said that they are price matching now that it's the holiday season but they only match normal and sale prices not clearance items. I tried the other Target that was on my way home too and they said the same thing. Oh well

This is a huge YMMV because they aren't suppose to price match an out of stock item, and they aren't suppose to match a clearance price; however, I was able to get 3 separate stores to price match 1 copy (they all said its a limit of 1 price match per item). They were all in a row of where I was going anyway so I traded in 3 copies bought at $5.98 and got a $48 gift card.

No go in Hawaii. Must be available online to pm I was told or else they would have. Funny thing though is the fine print says Hawaii and Alaska don't price match...
