Just read comments on Reseller ratings

There are a bunch of 5 star glowing reports that reviewers say are false, there are horror stories of late shipments and no service. Should have googled earlier, now I have to wait to cancel through my credit card if it does not show up.

BBB rating of F - great! Buying a refurbished piece of electronics from an F rated company: not the best idea. Should have checked earlier.

You didn't do due diligence and you blame other people for your failure? Audacious, at least.

A lot of the deals here have some risk, certainly higher than going to Target. Part of the process is protecting yourself in a variety of ways, including researching the seller.

But because other people didn't do this for you, you're mad at them. Probably time to start looking for a deal for a mirror, though be sure to check the reseller ratings first.

And if having to deal with a modest hassle of returning/challenging on your credit card/possibly getting the very thing you ordered "ruined your Thanksgiving," well that's another issue entirely.

If I posted a deal from a very poor reseller, I would at least mention the poor rating. There should be some pride in your posting. And the poster has oodles of experience, I would think they should know and mention it. And if you do look at the reseller ratings they look ok, unless you go though a bunch to find out that the ratings are mostly fraud. Thus they are engaged in fraud which even due diligence may not detect. I guess they spend their time posting fake ratings instead of customer service and shipping. They do manage to charge the credit card quickly though. They are one sale a day, found out by calling the number on the credit card info.

One Sale a Day has decent reseller ratings, so is this the shady spinoff?

Status is processing

Just spoke to American Express, they apparently have up to 30 days to ship. Interesting, on the Better Business Bureau site, it has two results from Bensoutlet, one has an F , one an A-, they are both the same company apparently.

Thanks for the update. Did you get any email confirmation after placing the order? So far in three days I got zero communication from them.
