Or you could buy refurbished or used. You can find original ipads for under $200, but you're probably better off with at least an ipad 2 for around $250 used or $320 refurbished.

For CM10, look here [xda-developers.com]. Forgot which exact version, but I was having battery drain issues, so I'd just do full shutdowns overnight. Otherwise, Jelly Bean runs very, very nicely on the NT even in the Beta CM10 stage, so if you're a bit technical and a bit patient if you run into issues, it's a very nice reward when you get it loaded and see the responsiveness and nice screen on this tablet.

Do you get to use all 16gb internal storage when running CM10? I think B&N giving you just 1GB to store your own files is BS.

Is it me, or does it look like the picture with the male hand, on Ben's site, look a little embellished? I'm holding my 10" TF300 tab the same way and the nook appears to be as big as that in this pic. Either this male "hand model" has small hands or this pic is doctored. Just sayin'

Now i wish i didn't buy the Dopo at Bb for $90 plus tax.... oh well, technology always goes cheaper as things age can't regret once u jump on the bus.

That's a good question. I think you can repartition it either way now, but I wonder if it comes locked out of the box.....Anyone know the answer?

It looks about right. We've had 2 NC's for a year (just sold one for $129 with CM7 on it on CL), and with smaller girly hands, it's possible.

There is still 90% stock remaining, which tells me the demand is down (or they have a ton of stock). Good news - they may have to drop this price even further in the weeks ahead.

One thing I really enjoy about the NC is the feel. It's the perfect size, feels great to hold, and the screen is outstanding. And, with two boys hammering it all year, neither one had any scratches on the screen (no screen protector). The big fail on these is the charger. They are too stiff, and will eventually fail. Any aftermarket charger will take all night to charge the unit. Bad design.
