I'm have 2 SEROp accounts, upgrade eligible.
I order 2 Galaxy S3's this morning, around 1:45am, for $49.99 each (1 shipped & 1 Store Pickup)
Callled 888-882-4030 hour ago, on hold for 20 mins, told them buddy got S3 for 96 cents & I would like to get same deal or a credit for difference.
She put me on hold for 5 mins or so, to talk to super, came back & stated she was calling telesales that i needed to cancel those orders & reorder for 96 cent deal. Then her super, Debra, got on line & stated I had to cancel order, only way, no credit avalable. So took her name & said thank you.
Then 15 mins later I get a call back from Debra & she stated she just got an email & that once I activates phones, they would apply a credit to my account for the difference.
Don't give up, keep trying & be firm but not an azz to them & you'll get it too.
